Built for bookkeeping accuracy

Country & payment breakdown

Sales grouped by destination (domestic, regional, export) and by payment gateway — with subtotals per country and per method.

Multiple VAT rates per order

Orders with mixed tax rates (e.g. standard + reduced) are split and tallied per rate, exactly as filings expect.

Automatic refund adjustments

Refunds reverse against the original order's country and payment method. Your numbers match what the tax authority expects.

Overview & per-order detail

Switch between a country-grouped overview and a per-order view with order number, transaction ID and date — for audits or reconciling against Shopify admin.

Accountant-ready PDFs

A4 layout with totals, per-VAT-rate subtotals and a timestamped audit trail — ready to hand off or archive.

Report history (Pro)

On Pro, every report is saved automatically so you can re-export, audit an older period, or hand an archive to your bookkeeper without regenerating.

See it in action

30-second demo — install to tax-ready PDF.

1. Pick a period. Presets for previous month, quarter, or year — or fully custom. Pick the payment methods to include.
2. Get the breakdown. Totals by country, payment method and VAT rate — reconcile on screen before exporting.
3. Configure once. Company details, VAT number, language, gateway labels — set once, every report inherits.

How it works

  1. 1

    Install on your store

One-click install from the Shopify App Store. We read orders, nothing else. No customer data is stored on our side.

  2. 2

    Pick a period and gateways

Previous month, quarter, year, or custom range. Include all payment gateways or filter to just one — e.g. a Stripe-only or Klarna-only report. We fetch the orders and classify destination + VAT rate automatically.

  3. 3

    Export the PDF

Hand the file to your accountant or archive it with your records. Rerun any past period anytime — numbers are reproducible to the cent.

Simple pricing

Both plans include unlimited reports, every payment gateway, and full PDF export. Pick Pro if you want report history stored.

Frequently asked

Which countries and tax regions are supported?

Any country with Shopify tax settings. We classify destinations as domestic, regional (EU-like groupings you configure), or export. Defaults cover Sweden, the EU, and the UK; you can override for any market.

Does this file taxes for me?

No — we produce the numbers your accountant or bookkeeping software needs. You (or your advisor) file. We're not tax advisors.

How far back can reports go?

Any period Shopify has order data for. The app reads historical orders via the Shopify Admin API, so multi-year reports work for annual filings or audits.

What data do you store?

Only aggregate report snapshots (on Pro) and your settings (company name, VAT number, gateway labels). We do not store customer names, addresses, email, or payment details.

What happens on uninstall?

All your settings and saved reports are deleted automatically via Shopify's GDPR webhooks. Nothing is retained.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel or switch plan from the Subscription page inside the app, or uninstall from Shopify admin — Shopify handles the rest.

Ready to hand off cleaner numbers?

Install in under a minute. First report takes 30 seconds.
